Instead of dictating topics, we ask you: what is on your mind today and over the next 6 to 12 months when it comes to cutting IT costs, gaining governance, visibility & sustainability (FinOps/GreenOps/refurbishment), and using AI the right way with a focus on cost/benefit?
We collect your topics and build the event agenda from them – focused and consistently aligned with your needs. At each event, 2–3 partners are on site with real solution approaches to exactly the topics its participants bring.

Who it’s for
For companies and the public sector with 1,000+ employees.
Participation is reserved exclusively for end customers – specifically, employees of end customers residing in Europe or the UK, with budget responsibility and belonging to one of the target groups listed on the right. A maximum of two people per company, public sector organisation or group may attend each event.

Free of charge
Participation is exclusively for end customers and free of charge – including the experience and on-site catering.
Fair cancellation
If no cancellation is received at least 14 days before the event, Software ReUse Tauchhammer GmbH, as host of the event, will invoice your company €500 (net).
Two seats per company
A maximum of two seats per company or group per event – for real diversity at the table.
Two events per year
Each person may attend a maximum of two events per year. The waiting list is open for further dates.

Community newsletter
By registering, you subscribe to the monthly newsletter. Unsubscribing ends the right to participate in the event series.
Contact by partners
The partners of each event receive the right to contact the participating end customers; contact details are passed on to them for this purpose. Partners commit to doing so no more than once or twice between registration and the physical event. Violations or customer complaints lead to exclusion from the event – the partner fee paid will not be refunded.
Also applies to webinars: Consent to passing your contact details on to the partners and to being contacted by them is a mandatory part of every registration – for physical events and webinars alike. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
One central point of contact
Software ReUse, with Alfred Girr as initiator and lead of the event series, acts as the central planning hub and voice for participants and partners alike – from topic finding to follow-up.
Look-back in pictures & sound
Every physical event ends with a short video edit, photos and participants’ impressions of the event. For this, participants agree per event that photo, video and audio recordings may be shown as a look-back for marketing purposes on social media and on this event page.
Minimum of 10 participants
Each event takes place with at least 10 registered participants. If this minimum is not reached, the event will be rescheduled no later than 60 days before the planned date. We kindly ask for your understanding.
Host & Partner
Hosted by Software ReUse.
Two to three partners accompany the community at each event – with solutions organisations are genuinely looking for. Software ReUse acts as the central planning hub and voice of participants and partners. Partners receive the contact details of their event’s participants and commit to contacting them no more than once or twice between registration and the physical event. Registration is open only to employees of end customers residing in Europe or the UK with demonstrable cost/budget responsibility for IT costs, governance, visibility & sustainability (FinOps, GreenOps, refurbishment, vendor managers, contract managers, software asset managers, hardware asset managers) and AI use in their role.
What you agree to when registering: By registering – for a physical event or a webinar – you give your mandatory consent to your contact details (name, company, position, business contact details) being passed on to the partners of that event or webinar and to their contacting you. You can withdraw your consent at any time; the partners will then stop using your data and delete it.
Every registration is confirmed by the organiser, Software ReUse – with Alfred Girr responsible as lead of the event series. Confirmation depends on seat availability.
